In some shelters the conditions are horrible. Some shelters are doing better. Steps are being taken but it’s not enough. The website – on Facebook – LAbabymamas.com is a rescue organization who helps pregnant dogs, esp those in crisis. They take very good care of the mamas and the eventual babies including 2am feedings at the like. They work super hard to find these babies and the mamas good and vetted “forever homes”. This isn’t my company or my rescue but I do support them with donations when I can and we plan to adopt, AGAIN, very soon. Please pay their Facebook page a visit and if it’s in your heart and budget please donate. Their medical bills are crushing but nothing stops this group from helping these sweet babies.
