Here’s the big problem if you’re considering buying there: it’s right in the JFK flight pattern. Planes come in there VERY low. It’s where they take off, if I remember correctly. They’re like a few hundred feet above your head.

A friend lived out there and she got pretty lonely pretty quickly. It’s faaaaaaar.
