And I hear you on the crazy sloppy work!  We found things behind our walls that would make only Rube Goldberg beam with pride. I think it&#039;s bound to happen, especially in an older home.  And we may never get back all of the hours we put into it, but at least the house won&#039;t, for example, explode from a DIY electric job by a person that clearly didn&#039;t know jack about electricity.

And as for, &quot;You can redo just about anything inside the house.&quot; Yup...been redoing since the day we closed. :-)]]></description>
