With Hello Kitty, I always wonder if we're saying "Hello" to her ("Hello, Kitty!") or if she is saying Hello to us (i.e., she is a kitty who goes around saying "hello" and so she becomes known as the "Hello Kitty").

I don't mind saying "Hello" to her but I wish we had a deeper conversation.
