					<description><![CDATA[if u think it is that hard then u are a 2 year old because i could do 300 push ups right there i could do about 10 thousand if i wanted but sense u need advice then just do 100 push ups every day and that will help but if ur too much of a 2 year old to do them then have someone hold ur legs until u get strong enough do them in 10 push up sets then do 10 sets for 100 at about 50 get a drink if u want and if ur jiggly then think about doing 100 sit ups]]></description>
