We are in the process of (hopefully) buying a 1905 3 br in LA for the same price, but it is not anywhere near as lovely! It is run down with a terrible layout and is currently serving as a home to at least 10 people and several pets, none of whom have paid rent for the last year, apparently. Wish I had a reason to live in Beacon! Good luck!
