Attic reno officially starts this week. We hired a “builder man” — solo practioner (keeps costs down and we liked the idea of having one guy who was focussed *and* knows the complications of working in our town and all its crazy codes vs. a team of god-knows-who folks coming in and out) but for the most part Mike & I are the project managers, architects, etc. And I have no idea what the hell I’m doing. (Mike, on the other hand, is embracing this.)
