When he says "new way to build brownstones"......he mean "renovate" instead?

The claim that 90 percent of the materials were salvaged/reclaimed is ridiculous........he goes on to talk about titanium boilers and fancy appliances, and I would like to see that salvaged sheetrock, and mold/asbestos infested re-used insulation he pulled out of some dumpster around the neighborhood..........those must be the most messed up walls in all of brooklyn, except for my apartment.

Every other statement I wanted to jump in and ask a clarifying question, I believe a lot of that is very exaggerated.
