					<description><![CDATA[I&#039;ve seen this brownstone while attending an open house back in April.  The address was 561a Halsey Street.  It&#039;s near the Utica Avenue A/C train station.  It looks like the previous owner ran out of money, as there floors are new.  Lots of the original details remain but there are some projects waiting for the new owner.  Was told the property was a short sale.]]></description>
