He said it was “laid back” and they let people shop. That was the first day I went when he didn’t open the doors or turn on lights until I called.

The day I dropped stuff, the father and mother were there and they were both helping people. It wasn’t packed, but enough people were there to see me step on the dolly left on the floor and go flying. I saw a sale being made while I was in the office.

I know I won’t get rich from this, but if it can pay for itself (and gas) so I can move inventory around to keep it fresh, it’s worth it.

I’m glad you are giving it a shot. I love the Armory space too. So gorgeous! I can confirm that the people do not try to sell stuff – if anything you can’t find them. On one had – while browsing I really appreciated that. But I can definitely see the downside. The few times I’ve been in there there were other shoppers there – though not tons. I’ll be curious to see how you do. Keep us updated.
Oh – and I’m still up for buying you coffee whenever.
