I’d been bothered by the noise coming from my upstairs neighbor (luckily he’s single with no kids), but I thought I’d better do the soundproofing thing just in case he decides to get married and breed. Alan will give you a recommendation/report that clearly outlines what you need to do to reduce unwanted noise. Now I have to find a contractor to do the work. This has actually been the hardest part! Where do find contractor who specializes in this sort of thing?
