Oh, and that $95k house with the green walls is on the next street over. It&#039;s been vacant/boarded up for quite some time, but it definitely has potential. The original leaded-glass windows are pretty spectacular!

Viva Newburgh, I love it here. Definitely not for everyone, but definitely very satisfying and encouraging to still be seeing people work on making their homes (and their community) better places to live in. 20 years from now, I&#039;m sure I&#039;ll be waxing nostalgic about back when Newburgh was more than a little &quot;gritty&quot;!]]></description>
