In super cute Woodside, 2 bedroom w/ dining room and a foyer as big as most living rooms. A fenced in yard and driveway – $1400 includes electric – and the landlord hasn’t increased the rent in 5 years. Course, it helps that we fix his computers when he breaks them and make him coffee on occasion…
