We have lost out on homes for one reason or another though, and trust me...there&#039;s a reason for everything. Something better will come along! And here&#039;s the thing - yeah, it might have been perfect, and you moved your hearts into that house, BUT if you got played and  they squeezed more money out of you - just for the sake of doing it? That&#039;s not fun to live with either. Even IN a great house.
I&#039;ll bet the owner (who had dropped the price $100,00?) saw how much you loved it an wanted MORE.
And it probably had mice.
And a sewer problem.
