Right now we ahve a bathroom without a sink and I could easily use it there. The water’s coming from the supply line. It only ends up in the toilet. If you really do not want to contaminate your mouth/ toothbrushes, lower your toilet lid before you flush, SINK POSITIVE or not. Flushing creates aerosols of the toilet contents that can find their way to all kinds of bathroom surfaces.
