Rockaway Beach Two Story Bungalow

8723264770_dc172f83a2_zThe Rockaway Beach 2 family home was purchased as an investment property in the summer of 2012. The intention was to renovate and flip. Then along came Hurricane Sandy before the renovation was complete. The house survived with minimal damage but the Rockaway real estate market did not. Phyllis still owns the home that is filled with wonderful tenants until she puts it on the market for sale in the summer of 2015.
