You gotta go to to Crazy Eddie! His prices are insane (in a good way).

Ok, he's not called "Crazy" Eddie. But HE'S the guy. Greene and Grand in Clinton Hill. No phone. Odd hours. Just go.

Also, Vaccaro's near Lowes in Brooklyn.

Junk to Jems on Long Island.

Zaborski's in Kingston.

I totally thought of you this weekend. I went to a reclaimed house parts place in NJ that's supposed to be the bee's knees (Recycling the Past). The prices were insane!!! I'm trying to be a good tree hugger but I just can't drop $500 on a door that with some patience I may find in someone's trash (fingers crossed). I was sad to walk away totally empty handed. :-(
