Newburgh Restoration Cute 100+ year old brick house an hour away from NYC. Under $30k. Seriously! No joke! It’s in need of restoration (no duh), but if you buy it you can start your own restoration blog. I kind of have a soft spot for Newburgh. Old row houses. On the water. Did I mention it’s an hour away from NYC?
