It's tres cute, the yards are nice (most neighbors don't put up fences and the kids run straight through) and it's walking distance to the subway AND the LIRR. There's a cute house being restored (it's brownstone-ish looking, but with siding) on Woodside Avenue near 52nd Street that has a realtor's sign on it (small chinese realtor, probably not on realtor.com).
