NICE. We converted an old hardware store to loft/studio space. We were given (yes, FREE) beautiful maple flooring that was in a building slated to be torn down. It cost us only $600.00 to have the flooring removed and hauled to our building. We cleaned, de-nailed and planed it...it turned out to be about 2500 board feet!

The floors were beautiful and we had the satisfaction of not cutting down more trees...this was recycling at its best.
