		<description>Good luck, guys.  As one who has turned an old school into a home and an old hardware store into a loft/studio, I applaud the effort to recycle valuable older properties.  Also, we superinsulated the spaces and incorporated used materials whenever possible.  Good to see someone spreading the word...</description>
